Milz Chocolat is an artisan product, from farm, or tree, to bar. Our delicious chocolates are created with the best cacao from our farm, Cacaotal del Norte, this is where the whole process begins, monitoring every step, beginning with sustainable and responsible cultivation and harvesting, continuing with
fermentation and drying in order to produce cacao beans of excellent quality and flavors. The cacao beans are then taken to our factory in Sosua, Puerto Plata, where, after carefully selecting the cacao beans, and optimal roasting, they are turned into delicious chocolate. Once this is done, our chocolate is perfectly tempered, molded and wrapped by hand.
